Hello HR professionals, leaders and everyone who isn’t! 
Yes, you who may be working in HR, or in any area of the business (marketing, product, finance, volunteer etc) at any level. You rarely get a break and are always giving to others. Whatever your situation, you may be feeling pretty good after a break. A bit ‘meh’, or, downright exhausted from the most extraordinary year. We know you’ve still got a lot on your plate and changes you might want to make. So, we’re here to give you a boost.
The theme for this year’s World Mental Health Day set by the World  Federation for Mental Health is Mental Health in an Unequal World. We believe Mental health should be accessible for all so this is a fantastic cause. Our Wellness day is supporting this by offering activities designed to be inclusive for all. We have a fantastic lineup of 30 minute online events so there is something for everybody. For example; a Diversity and Inclusion webinar for leaders who want to make the change but they don’t know where to start, to Inclusive Yoga.  
We’re all about empowering, joy, slowing down, connection and accessibility, and reflecting on how we can all bring our best selves to work. And remember this is all for free so doesn’t cost you a penny. Oh, and  if you’re wondering if you are invited. The answer is YES you are. All are welcome. So spread the word.

Inclusive Yoga for all body shapes - 7:30-8:00 am BST (UK)

A 30 minute free session - Start your day by moving your body gently in this accessible beautiful sunrise yoga flow. Learn how to connect breath with movement in a safe way to ease stress levels and feel calmer for the rest of the day. During the class, we will explore yoga poses and breathing exercises designed to increase feelings of relaxation and wellbeing. Beginners and both women and men are welcome. Diana Sutac trained as a Yoga Teacher at from the Reformation studio in Dublin. And has over 200 hours of experience.

Mindful Nutrition on a Budget - 12:00-12:30 pm BST (UK)

A 30 minute free session - It seems like every week a new expensive “superfood” finds a way to make headlines. One week it’s kale, the next week it’s avocado. With all the confusion and misinformation, many people are left wondering: what am I supposed to eat if I cannot afford an avocado every day? My approach to health and nutrition focuses on inexpensive whole foods, gratitude, and minimal waste. Yes, you can eat healthy on a budget. Amani Katie is a Nutritional Therapist trained at The Institute of Health Sciences with a specialisation in Gut health.

5 ways to make your workplace more inclusive if you don’t know where to start - 1:00-1:30 pm BST (UK)

A 30 minute free session - I am a diversity & inclusion specialist With expertise in LGBT inclusion and creating anti-racist spaces. As a queer black women, my passion for equality stems from the core of who I am. In this session we'll be laying the foundations of what to prioritise in order to create a more culturally inclusive environment in the workplace. As well as delivering workshops to companies such as Google, Yassine Senghor, is also a writer, speaker, mentor, facilitator, and content creator.

Becoming the Empowered Woman- Finding your Joy at Work - 2:00-2:30 pm BST(UK)

A 30 minute free session - Joy is one of Oshun's core values. This session will empower you to find inspiration and joy in work so you feel energised and less burnt out in the daily routine of working life. I will be sharing my 5 joyful gems, the practical ways you can find your joy. We'll touch upon the power of having a vision, to understanding your values as well as honouring your boundaries. You will walk away knowing how you can feel joyful inside work, outside and beyond! If you want to ditch mundane for joy, this session is for you! Drink a cup of confidence 5:00-5:30 pm bST (UK)

A 30 minute free session - Grab a cuppa! I'll be sharing how one moment in my life gave me so many insights.  On my journey from burn-out, discover what my 3 b's to raise confidence, dreams and let go of fears are. And how positive self-talk can help to feel more in control. All for your take home confidence tool-kit. Sarah Watts is Co-Founder of Oshun and a Confidence Coach.
